Privacy Policy
Last updated 5 October 2026
This policy explains what information Wareguard stores when you use it, and why. We collect only what we need to run the service.
Account information
When you register we store your email address, username and a hash of your password (never the password itself). If you sign in with Google, Discord or GitHub we store your account identifier with that provider, your verified email and, to fill in your profile, your display name and the address of your profile picture, but not the provider's tokens. Passkeys are stored as public keys; your device keeps the private key.
Sessions and security
Each signed-in session records its creation time, IP address and browser user agent so you can review and revoke sessions from your profile. We use this information to protect accounts and to limit abuse.
Projects and keys
We store the projects, services, contributors, keys and settings you create. When a key is validated we record when it was used and, if HWID binding is on, the device identifier your script sends.
Every active project appears on the public Network page with its title, image, number of active services and the date it was created. Owners, contributors, descriptions and keys are never shown there.
Visitors
When someone earns a key through a service's visitor page, we store the progress of their session. Monetization providers may process the visitor's IP address to verify a checkpoint.
Cookies
Wareguard uses only cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to complete sign-in and checkpoint flows securely. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Expired and revoked sessions are removed periodically. Deleting a project deletes its services, keys and visitor sessions.
Contact
For questions or requests about your data, contact the operator of this Wareguard instance. See also our Terms of Service.
