Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Wareguard, a service for issuing, managing and validating access keys. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Wareguard on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity of your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You can sign out of all sessions from your profile at any time.

Projects, services and keys

You own the content you create in Wareguard, including projects, services and the keys you issue. Project owners are responsible for the contributors they invite and the permissions they grant. Keys are issued as random values; distributing them, and deciding what they unlock, is up to you.

Active projects are listed on the public Network page with their title, image, number of active services and creation date. Choose a title and image you are happy to show publicly.

Subscriptions

Plan limits apply to the project owner's account. Free plans can be activated once per account. Paid plans are assigned by an administrator. When a subscription ends, existing projects, services and keys keep working, but you cannot create new projects, services or contributors until you have an active subscription again.

Monetization providers

If you connect Linkvertise, LootLabs or Work.ink, your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Wareguard stores your provider credentials encrypted and uses them only to create checkpoint links and verify completions.

Acceptable use

Do not use Wareguard to distribute malware, to infringe the rights of others, to attack or overload the service or its users, or to break the law. We may suspend projects or accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Wareguard available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
